FROZEN RAIN<\/strong>\u00a0is the music project of\u00a0Belgian songwriter\u00a0Kurt Vereecke<\/strong>. A creative odyssey that would transcend borders and genres, leaving an indelible mark on the rock landscape.\u00a0

Frozen Rain’s<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0debut album arrived in 2008 and allowed Kurt to join forces with his personal idols, luminaries such as\u00a0Tommy Denander<\/strong>\u00a0(Radioactive),\u00a0Steve Newman<\/strong>\u00a0(Newman), and\u00a0Daniel Flores<\/strong>\u00a0(The Murder Of My Sweet).\u00a0“Ahead Of Time<\/strong>“, the second opus, saw the light of day in 2012 and it was again a solid sample of pure melodic rock bliss.\u00a0This chapter featured the amazing singer\u00a0Carsten Lizard Schultz<\/strong>, a vocal virtuoso celebrated for his contributions to\u00a0Domain<\/strong>\u00a0and a multitude of other renowned bands.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nowadays, the band’s third step “One Mile From Heartsville<\/strong>” is out through Danish melodic rock label Lions Pride Music. Once again the band is ready to unleash its melodic rock\/edgy AOR stuff with big arrangements, clever hooks and choruses and amazing songwritting.\u00a0The infusion of new talents is evident, with guitarist\u00a0Jens Ambrosch<\/strong>\u00a0and vocalist\u00a0Lars Edvall<\/strong>\u00a0spearheading the sonic charge.\u00a0

he album is a pure melodic rock bliss from start to finish; the memeorable choruses and the ultra amazing melodies are in every single moment of “One Mile From Heartsville<\/strong>“!! The guitar lines are melodious, crunchy with sharp riffs and amazing solos and the vocal lines of Edvall are genious! Songs such as “Fire”, “How Could I Know”, “Let Me Love You”, “What’s It Gonna Be”, “Ready For Tonight” and “That’s Why I’m Loving You” are breathtaking, ultra-melodic and songs that ‘travels’ you back in the golden era of the mid 80’s, early 90’s!!! Of course the updated ‘pinch’ brings a more fresh air that at the end makes this album a must-have for every die-hard of the classic AOR genre out there! One of the top and high-quality releases so far!!!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
